Info4security, a magazine website, and IFSEC, an exhibition website, launched a new blog yesterday.
The Alarmist will draw copy and comment from the editors and commentators on the existing info4security site, linking back to appropriate stories. As of today, the lead post is a photo of a Louis Vuitton shop on Bond Street where the model is surrounded by a “barrage of security cameras”.
The info4security site serves an audience of security professionals. Info4security editor Anthony Hildebrand has done a brilliant job of making the subject really approachable with such popular weekly features as “Songs About Security” – last week it was Olivia Newton John’s “Physical”.
It looks like the blog will follow a similar balance between serious B2B content and the best of populism.
